~ I couldn't have lived without this bouncy chair. The vibrations soothed my babygirl so much. She loved to be in it, and she looked at the plush toys in "awe" and it helped her fall asleep. It was very comforting to her especially as a newborn. Also, it's a great thing to bring with you when you travel. It's very lightweight!!! When "Momma" or "Daddy" need to get something done, or take a shower, it's great to put baby inside. I used to bring her in the bathroom with me when I showered. She loved hearing the water fall and the vibrations in the chair. Even though there is a buckle strap for baby to be fastened inside, don't leave baby unattended for long periods of time!
FOR NEWBORNS... I'd Suggest using a headrest to keep head positioned straight.
